Fall Sale Store Credit Offer Terms and Conditions:

Offer period. This offer is valid on qualifying orders placed at avocadogreenmattress.com or at an Avocado showroom between September 15, 2026 at 12:00 AM EST and October 5, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST. The offer is not valid on purchases made through third-party retailers and cannot be applied to prior purchases.

Earning credit. Credit tiers are determined by the merchandise subtotal of a single order after all discounts, promotions, and coupon codes are applied, and excluding taxes, shipping, and fees. The post-discount subtotal must meet or exceed the tier amount to qualify. All products sold at avocadogreenmattress.com count toward the spend thresholds. Only one credit tier applies per order. Tiers do not stack, spend is not cumulative across separate orders, and orders may not be combined to reach a higher tier. Amounts paid using Avocado store credit of any kind do not count toward the spend thresholds and do not earn additional credit. Gift card purchases do not count toward the spend thresholds and do not earn credit. Orders financed through Avocado’s financing partner earn credit on the same basis as any other order.

Receiving credit. Store credit is added to the store credit balance associated with the customer account on the qualifying order and is confirmed by email to the address on that order within 48 hours of payment being captured. An email address must be associated with the order for credit to be issued. Credit is issued in a single amount per qualifying order. Promotional credit expires at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on December 31, 2026. Credit is not reissued, extended, or reinstated after expiration.

Using credit. Credit is redeemable at avocadogreenmattress.com and at Avocado showrooms, and may be applied to any product we sell. It has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, sold, or replaced if lost or stolen. Credit may not be applied to taxes, shipping, fees, or the purchase of gift cards. Credit may be applied to orders that already reflect sale or promotional pricing, including future Avocado promotions. Credit may be redeemed in part; any unused balance remains available for future purchases until the expiration date, after which it is forfeited. Purchases made with store credit do not earn new credit under this or any concurrent credit offer.

Cancellations, returns, and exchanges. If a qualifying order is cancelled in full before shipment, any credit issued on that order is voided. If a return, exchange, or price adjustment reduces a qualifying order’s subtotal, the associated credit will be adjusted down to the tier the revised subtotal qualifies for, or voided entirely if the revised subtotal falls below $999. If the credit has already been redeemed in whole or in part at the time of the adjustment, the value of the credit used will be deducted from the refund. Items purchased with store credit are refunded as store credit, not to the original form of payment, and are not eligible to earn new credit.

General. Limit one credit per customer, household, email address, or shipping address during the offer period. Offer is for personal, non-commercial use only. Avocado reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this offer at any time, and to void credit, cancel orders, or close accounts in cases of suspected fraud, reseller activity, bulk or commercial purchasing, use of multiple accounts, or other abuse of this promotion.
