Yes — the Eco Organic Mattress Topper comes in Twin XL in both heights (2-inch and 3-inch) and both feels. Twin XL is the size to choose for a split king or an adjustable base: those use two Twin XL halves, so you'd order two toppers — one per side — which also lets each sleeper pick their own feel, like a Medium Dunlop on one side and a Plush Talalay on the other. Twin XL is also the standard mattress size in most college dorms, making it an easy organic upgrade for a dorm bed.
The Medium topper uses GOLS-certified organic Dunlop latex and adds balanced comfort best suited to back and stomach sleepers.
