Our Wooden Towel Ladder has a modern aesthetic that will warm any room. Its rounded edges and light tones, along with a darker, contrasting walnut shelf, give the ladder an entirely unique look. And we're proud to craft it in our innovative Los Angeles woodshop with American timber.

QUALITY IN THE DETAILS

SHELF INCLUDED

Above the third rung, we added a small shelf made from solid walnut. It's perfect for stacking towels or placing succulents or other decorative elements. We stain the shelf with a contrasting darker hue, adding to the unique, modern charm of the ladder.

Furniture paints and finishes are among the leading causes of indoor air pollution because they emit VOCs (volatile organic compounds). In fact, the Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF) and particle board that are commonly used in furniture construction often contain known carcinogens, such as Urea-formaldehyde or Phenol-formaldehyde. Our Wooden Towel Ladder is GREENGUARD Gold certified for low emissions and Formaldehyde Free certified by UL Environment. That means the ladder is scientifically proven to meet some of the world's most rigorous, third-party emissions standards for chemical exposure and pollutants, such as VOCs, formaldehyde, and phthalates.

A lot of furniture is mass-made with cheap particle board, synthetic laminates, or veneers. Each piece looks exactly the same. That's not how we make our Wooden Towel Ladder. We individually handcraft each one with solid wood. We believe in letting the rich character of the wood speak for itself. This way, every piece is original, with its own slight variations. It costs a little more to do things this way. But our customers love having unique, durable, thoughtfully crafted furniture that will last generations.

  • Shipping & Delivery

  • We handcraft Our Wooden Towel Ladders in our woodshop in Los Angeles with domestically sourced Beech wood. The ladder ships via FedEx fully assembled. At this time, our woodshop products and mattress and/or bedding orders can not be coordinated to arrive at the same time.

  • Solid Wood Construction

  •  We use 100% solid Beech wood to construct our Wooden Towel Ladders. Beech wood is a sustainable hardwood with well-managed growth, and it's not endangered, making it an eco-friendly choice. It is also grown in North America, reducing the carbon impact from associated transportation.

  • Zero-VOC Finish

  • We do not use traditional lacquers or varnishes, which typically contain harsh chemicals and have strong chemicals that can cause headaches, nausea, and respiratory issues. Instead, our towel ladder uses a zero-VOC ECOS® wood stain, which is organic, non-toxic, and odor-free. It conforms to CDPH 01350 (VOC emissions test taken at 11, 12, & 14 days for classroom and office use), as well ASTMD-4236, specifically concerning oral toxicity, skin irritation, and respiratory effects.

  • Safe, Odorless Glues

  • Our assembly utilizes Titebond® wood glues, which are safe and produce no harmful fumes. They meet the requirements of ASTM D4236 for safe use with arts and crafts and have both been approved for indirect food contact.

  • California Residents

  • We operate our own woodshop — in a facility completely separate from our mattress factory, in Los Angeles — which produces wood dust. Read California's required Proposition 65 warning for wood dust.

  • Return Policy & Warranty

  • All Wooden Bath Collection sales are final, with the exception of any defects in workmanship. Defects in workmanship are covered by a 2-year warranty.
