Charcoal-Infused Latex

The natural charcoal-infused latex holds its shape to provide firm neck support. Charcoal has many beneficial properties that are perfect for pillows, like temperature, moisture, and odor control. Our FSC-certified latex cores are sourced from India and Guatemala. They meet eco-INSTITUT label standards. The latex has a soft density (D55).

GOTS-Certified Organic Cotton

For a luxurious and premium finish, we use GOTS-certified organic cotton (CU863637) in a soft, natural color blended with 3% elastane for functional stretch and enhanced durability—fully compliant with GOTS standards. Our organic cotton has received STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX®: Class 1 certification (15.HIN.75800, Hohenstein HTTI) to screen for harmful substances that are present as a result of processing, including banned substances, toxic chemicals, pesticides, and dyes.

Care

Machine wash your cotton cover only in cold water with an eco-friendly laundry detergent. Lay flat or hang to dry. Do not use bleach. Allow to dry completely before putting the cover back on your pillow.

The charcoal infusion means this pillow is not GOLS certified at the material level (GOLS requires 95%+ certified organic latex content), but the finished pillow is GOTS certified organic. Yes. The Molded Latex Pillow is one of our best options for hot sleepers. The perforated latex core allows air to circulate freely through the pillow rather than trapping heat at the sleep surface. The molded latex core holds a consistent, firm profile throughout the night without compressing, so your head and neck stay supported in the same position from when you fall asleep to when you wake up. The organic cotton cover is removable and machine washable. The latex core itself should not be machine washed. Spot clean the core as needed and allow it to air dry. Adding an organic pillow protector extends the life of the pillow and reduces how often the cover needs washing.
