The Pure Talalay latex is processed at a facility in Shelton, Connecticut, that holds FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certification for responsible forest management and traceability. GOLS certification requires specific organic processing conditions at the facility level. The distinction reflects current manufacturing constraints at the Talalay processing facility, not a limitation of the Talalay process itself. The latex is sourced from responsibly managed forests in Asia, and the finished pillow is GOTS certified organic at the product level. FSC and GOLS are both third-party verified standards with different scopes: FSC tracks responsible sourcing and chain of custody, GOLS certifies organic content at 95% or above.

The organic cotton cover is removable and machine washable. The Talalay latex core should not be machine washed. Spot clean the core as needed and allow it to air dry completely before replacing the cover.
