The Green Pillow is our most versatile pillow because the fill is adjustable — you can add or remove shredded organic latex and kapok through a built-in zipper until you find the exact loft and firmness your neck needs. Side sleepers can keep the fill high for maximum loft. Back sleepers can reduce it to a medium level. Stomach sleepers can remove fill until the pillow is nearly flat. The Standard shape is a traditional rectangular pillow that works for all sleep positions. The Side Sleeper shape has a crescent-shaped profile — a curved contour that cradles the head while filling the space between ear and shoulder, keeping the neck in neutral alignment instead of collapsing toward the mattress. Both shapes use the same GOLS-certified organic latex and kapok fill, the same GOTS-certified organic cotton cover, and the same adjustable zipper. The Side Sleeper is specifically designed for people who sleep primarily on their side or who wake with neck or shoulder tension.

Yes. The shredded latex and kapok fill promotes airflow between the fill pieces rather than trapping heat in a solid block. Kapok fiber is hollow at the core, which makes it exceptionally breathable and light. The GOTS-certified organic cotton cover wicks moisture rather than insulating. No gel infusions or cooling chemicals are used or needed. If cooling is your top priority, the Molded Latex Pillow with its perforated charcoal-infused core is specifically engineered for temperature and moisture regulation.
Yes — it's one of our two best options for stomach sleepers. Stomach sleepers need the lowest loft to keep the neck roughly level with the spine. Unzip the Green Pillow and remove fill until it's as flat as you need. The other option is the Down Pillow in Soft, which is lightweight and naturally compressible. Fixed-loft pillows like the Molded Latex and Pure Talalay (in Medium or Firm) are generally too high for stomach sleeping.
The organic cotton cover is removable. Spot clean with cold water and hang dry — do not bleach. The inner liner should be spot cleaned only. Give the pillow a good fluff before bed to restore loft. Over time, you can refresh the pillow by adding additional fill rather than replacing the entire pillow. Adding an organic pillow protector extends the life of the pillow and keeps the cover cleaner between spot cleanings.
